Care & support

Care and support, shaped around you

We support people of every age to live safely and happily at home. Choose who you're looking for help with, or the type of care you need.

Older people

Care for the elderly

Growing older shouldn't mean leaving the home you love. We help with the everyday things so you can keep living life your way.

  • Washing, dressing and personal care
  • Medication reminders and support
  • Cooking, eating well and staying hydrated
  • Getting up in the morning and settling at night
  • Help after a hospital stay

Specialist care

Dementia & specialist care

Our carers are trained to support people living with dementia and other complex conditions, with patience, calm and familiar routines.

  • Dementia and Alzheimer's care
  • Parkinson's, stroke and MS support
  • Support for mental health conditions and eating disorders
  • End-of-life and palliative care at home
  • Working with GPs, district nurses and your family

Children & young people

We support children and young people with disabilities and additional needs at home, and help them access the community so they can grow and thrive, while families get a well-earned rest.

  • Personal care and daily routines
  • Support before and after school
  • Short breaks and respite for parents
  • Help with play, learning and accessing the community
  • Support as young people move into adulthood

Types of care

However much help you need, there's an option that fits

You can change it at any time.

Home care visits

Regular visits from a carer, from 60 minutes to a full day, at the times that suit you, including evenings and weekends.

  • Morning, lunchtime, teatime and bedtime calls
  • Personal care and medication support
  • Shopping, meals and light housework
  • Overnight support if you need it

Live-in care

A carer who lives in your home and is there day and night. It's a real alternative to moving into a care home, and couples can stay together.

  • One-to-one care and company around the clock
  • Carers carefully matched to your needs and personality
  • Keep your pets, your routines and your neighbourhood
  • Short-term live-in care after illness or as respite

Social support & companionship

Good care isn't only about tasks. We help people stay connected, active and doing the things they enjoy.

  • Friendly visits, conversation and company
  • Trips out, hobbies, clubs and places of worship
  • Going with you to appointments
  • Respite so family carers can take a break
